Brian McLoghlin is a company director, mediator and solicitor. His 40 years of experience as a lawyer has been mainly in the commercial field, in which he has worked both in-house and in private practice.

Edward is Partner Solicitor at Mason Hayes and Curran Solicitors and a CEDR-accredited mediator. He is a specialist in professional disciplinary matters and has extensive experience advising charitable organisations on the areas of risk and regulatory compliance. Garvan is a practicing barrister, with more than twenty years’ experience in the field of commercial law. He began his career as a solicitor, practicing first at McCann FitzGerald, primarily in the area of aircraft finance, and then at Ronan Daly Jermyn, where he was a partner and head of the firm’s Commercial Department as well as a member of its management committee. He was called to the Bar in 2011. Garvan has advised family businesses, owner-managers, state-owned enterprises, global companies, investment funds as well as government departments and agencies on a wide range of deals and projects. Hannah Carney is a solicitor, an independent business consultant and a mediator. She has 15 years experience in the professional and corporate world and was a Partner with McCann FitzGerald.
Hannah was admitted to practise law in Ireland in 1992 and in NSW Australia, in 1996. She practised as a commercial litigator in both jurisdictions. Hannah became interested in mediation in Australia where she saw the mediation process being successfully utilised to resolve a number of significant and difficult disputes.
Hannah moved into the world of professional and leadership development in 2001. She founded Hannah Carney and Associates in 2007 to offer individual and organisational development interventions, through a range of coaching, facilitated strategic planning; and, skills development workshops and offerings.

Ian Finlay is a senior counsel who has been in practice at the Irish Bar for over 25 years. He was called to the English Bar in 1987. He has appeared in many leading cases. His extensive experience of commercial and corporate disputes pursued through litigation led to his interest in mediation as a viable alternative. He has lectured on the relevance of mediation in an Irish context.

Michael is a solicitor with over 27 years experience in practice as a commercial lawyer who during the last 15 years has undertaken international legal consultancy projects with organisations such as the World Bank, UNIDO and the European Community.
Michael graduated from Trinity College Dublin (BBs, BA, LLB). He was a partner in Matheson Ormsby Prentice, 1975 – 2004, and is now a Consultant with the same firm.
