ONE~resolve is a panel of accredited mediators with legal, financial and insurance expertise, and includes mediators trained in handling conflict in the workplace as well as in private settings. Apart from bringing relevant technical expertise to bear, we give attention to human aspects that impact on a dispute situation and that may be inhibiting the possibility of settlement.
We stress to parties that our intervention is designed to help them take ownership of their conflict and carve out a solution that works for them. We aim to facilitate this process. Resolutions are achieved in the great majority of our cases.
